ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Client Management/Relationship – day-to-day point of contact for client, while building trust and rapport, and working directly with client without supervision
  • Internal hub for particular piece of business or project – go-to person for cross-functional teams, collaborate effectively with Strategic Planning, Marketing, Branded Content, Creative, etc., fostering positive internal relationships and ensuring everyone understands deliverables and clients’ needs
  • A “hunter” mentality, tenacious drive, and enthusiastic attitude

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide strategic recommendations and manage all agency resources to ensure the client’s marketing needs are met
  • Digital sales experience within video and/or custom content strongly preferred
  • Conceive, develop and execute marketing communications and promotions on client’s behalf
  • Recommend sound business initiatives pertaining to the product and markets that enhance sales and marketing objectives while enforcing the Complex image
  • Build relationships directly with advertiser and partner agencies to increase revenue year over year
  • Financial management of accounts (determine fees, prepare contracts, oversee job hours and expenses, budget for future estimates)
  • Manage, motivate, and develop account team
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned by supervisor

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, 4-6 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in sales and/or business development experience within digital media
  • Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client/agency structure
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote
